SPARTAZON is an Outdoor Training Program just for Women!  A 60-minute plus muscle burning, energy producing outdoor workout using variations of calisthenics, interval and circuit training, athletic training drills and the natural environment.

The program improves overall physical and cardiovascular abilities while learning proper weight training technique, developing core strength and improving body awareness.  The exercises focus on key areas—Abs, Thighs, and Hips!  Participants train at their own level and reach progressions individually.
